Luminary Demo 0.7.84 Patch Notes
Source: Steam Community
Gameplay & Exploration
The Golem health bar now appears only when it spots you and hides once it loses track of you, fixing issues where it stayed forever or never returned after death. A new Teleport to Nearest Captured Way Tree button has been added to the in-game menu for faster travel. Equipped items are hidden while gliding, and the ending sequence has been made slightly more epic.
For explorers, a chest counter has been added to the inventory menu, and a notification now appears when discovering a new chest. Chests also track a first-time opened state, removing their overlay material and effect after opening. Additionally, a secret note can now be found in the secret chest. Several spots where players could get stuck have been fixed.
Interface, Controls & Combat
The Move and Split options have been removed from inventory menus to streamline the interface. Arrow keys, right shift, and right control are now alternate movement and swimming controls, and number keys are fully bindable. Mouse Aim Sensitivity and Controller Aim Sensitivity settings have been added to fine-tune camera rotation while aiming with the bow. The game also now recommends whichever input device you favor.
In combat, a bug where Goblin Archer arrows always hit you has been fixed, the area-of-effect damage was incorrectly applied even when disabled.
Bug Fixes & Quality of Life
A rare crash caused by invalid viewport references during rendering has been resolved. The Golem health bar will now correctly reappear after respawns. Various polish and stability improvements round out this update.
