Update on Weapon Runes and Vendor Leveling: Release Expected Next Week

The next Luminary update is still in progress, and the team has shared a brief status update. The update will introduce two important new systems: weapon runes and vendor leveling. While development is going well, additional testing and tweaking are needed before it can be released.
